Strong technical knowledge and the ability to assess integration complexity, challenge assumptions, and translate security and engineering constraints into sound product decisions.

Proven experience developing integration strategies, prioritizing complex requirements and dependencies, and measuring adoption outcomes.

Experience leading enterprise platform adoption, integration, or transformation initiatives across business, security, product, engineering, and architecture teams.

Strong analytical, prioritization, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead without direct authority.
