  • Demonstrated ability to manage software delivery independently, navigate ambiguity, troubleshoot complex issues, and improve existing code, including AI-generated and externally developed solutions.
  • Professional experience using AI-assisted development tools, such as GitHub Copilot or Claude, with a clear understanding of their capabilities, limitations, and risks.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, combined with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience with SaaS product development, including multi-tenant architectures and subscription-based platforms, is a plus.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Bicep or Terraform, as well as container technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, or Azure Container Apps, is advantageous.
  • Experience collaborating with or reviewing the work of outsourced or contract development teams is desirable.
  • Knowledge of security and compliance frameworks, including SOC 2 and ISO 27001, is beneficial.
  • Exposure to IoT, connected equipment, industrial systems, or manufacturing data is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Blazor is preferred.
  • Experience developing AI-powered or LLM-integrated product features is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and delivery performance metrics, such as DORA, is desirable.
  • An interest in learning about welding, fabrication, and industrial manufacturing environments is appreciated.
