What You Will Do

Conduct direct sourcing activities to identify potential candidates for Aleph in 100+ countries.
Use a variety of sourcing techniques to build a robust candidate pipeline.
Engage potential candidates globally through appealing outreach methods.
Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to understand specific candidate needs and profiles.
Maintain and update candidate databases.
Partner with our Talent Advisors to support global searches and strengthen the business.

What We Are Looking For

English fluency is a must. Proficiency in additional languages is a significant advantage, as it allows you to connect with a wider pool of global talent.
A genuine desire to understand new cultures and learn innovative sourcing strategies.
A proactive mindset: you create opportunities rather than wait for them.
The ability to communicate ideas clearly and engagingly, both verbally and in writing.
A keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources (Relaciones Laborales y Recursos Humanos), Business Administration (ADE), International Relations (Relaciones Internacionales) or a related field.
