Job Summary

As Senior Manager, Revenue Enablement, you’ll lead a team of Revenue Enablement business partners supporting Tines’ sales organization (Account Executive, Solution Engineering, Sales Development, and Partnerships). You’ll play a critical role in developing the capabilities, skills, and behaviors that help our sales teams execute effectively as we continue to scale.

This is a player/coach role. You’ll lead, coach, and develop a small team of enablement professionals while personally driving strategic initiatives that support our evolving sales priorities. You’ll partner closely with Sales Leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs, identify opportunities to improve sales effectiveness, and translate company strategy into practical enablement programs and experiences.

We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on leader who knows how to build and develop high-performing teams, influence without authority, and bring structure and focus to a fast-moving environment. You’ll help our sellers evolve alongside our business, including developing the capabilities to move beyond individual product and use-case conversations toward broader platform-level, value-based selling.

What you'll do

Lead and develop a high-performing enablement team

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Revenue Enablement business partners, building their capabilities as strategic partners to sales leadership.
  • Establish clear expectations, priorities, and operating rhythms that enable the team to deliver consistent, high-quality support across the pre-sales organization.
  • Empower team members to take ownership of their respective areas, make sound decisions, and proactively identify opportunities to improve sales effectiveness.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and development to help team members grow their strategic influence, business acumen, and enablement expertise.
  • Balance team capacity and competing business priorities, ensuring resources are focused on the opportunities with the greatest potential impact.

Drive strategic revenue enablement

  • Translate company and GTM priorities into an enablement strategy and roadmap that supports the evolving needs of our sales organization.
  • Partner with sales leaders to understand business challenges, identify capability gaps, and determine the most effective enablement interventions.
  • Lead strategic enablement initiatives that improve seller effectiveness, strengthen sales execution, and support our broader GTM strategy.
  • Help sellers evolve from product- and use-case-led conversations to broader platform selling, connecting Tines’ capabilities to customer challenges and business outcomes.
  • Build scalable approaches to developing seller knowledge, skills, and capabilities through a combination of learning, practice, coaching, and reinforcement.
  • Remain close to the work, personally leading key initiatives and stepping in where your expertise can make the greatest difference.
