  • Knowledge of regional ad policies and guardrails on privacy and data governance laws.
  • Strong technical depth with proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, advanced Excel), with the ability to interface effectively with data architects and engineering teams.
  • Proven client-facing experience partnering with major media agency holding companies and enterprise advertisers across complex multi-market environments.
  • Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills, with a track record of influencing C-suite and senior marketing decision-makers.
  • People management experience or a strong track record as a player-coach leading cross-functional strategic initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of measurement methodologies and strategies, including incrementality, brand and engagement lift, test design, attribution models (including the limitations of last-touch attribution and application of multi-touch attribution), and marketing mix modelling (MMM).
