About the Job

The Strategy and Growth team is seeking a Manager - Advertiser Success and Growth to execute key sales motions and support revenue expansion across restaurant and brand advertising accounts. • Facilitate the sales-to-delivery handoff process to ensure clear team communication and project alignment post-sale.
  • Monitor active campaign execution and partner with execution teams to maintain high client satisfaction and retention.
  • Track key performance outputs—such as qualified pipeline, deal bookings, and account margins—to identify operational and sales improvements.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 4 to 6 years of professional experience in advertising sales, account management, commercial negotiations, or client success roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to prospect new business opportunities, build qualified pipeline, and support complex deal cycles.
  • Experience drafting sales proposals, pricing structures, or commercial terms.
  • Proven track record of collaborating effectively with internal teams across account management, sales, or operations.
  • Ability to work on-site in the New York City office at least 2 days per week.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience supporting or driving sales efforts within the restaurant, food & beverage, or consumer brand spaces.
  • Demonstrated ability to help increase account expansion, deal value, or campaign profitability.
  • Hands-on experience with post-sale campaign management, reporting, and client performance strategy.

  • Work from (almost) anywhere for up to 20 days per year
  • Focus on mental health and well-being:
  • Company-paid therapy sessions through SpringHealth
  • Company-paid subscription to Headspace
  • Annual company-wide week off a year - the whole team fully recharges (and returns without a pile-up of work!)
  • Paid parental leave
  • Generous paid vacation + time off for your birthday
  • Paid volunteer time
  • Focus on your career growth:
  • Development Dollars
  • Leadership development
  • Access to thousands of on-demand e-learnings
