M&A Integration Manager
About Nebius
Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.
Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI.
Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.
The Role
The Integration Manager is a core member of the IMO and a key part of how Nebius integrates its acquisitions in practice. Working closely with the Senior Integration Manager and Head of IMO, this role takes genuine end-to-end ownership of integration workstreams across M&A programmes and corporate initiatives, from pre-close planning through Day 1 and into post-close execution. The role sits at the intersection of planning, governance, and cross-functional delivery, and requires someone who can hold multiple moving parts together without losing sight of the overall integration outcome. The right candidate brings strong programme management instincts, a natural ability to build relationships across functions, and the discipline to drive workstreams forward independently in a fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
Workstream Ownership
- Lead integration planning and drive execution across assigned workstreams from pre-close through Day 1 and into post-close, keeping dependencies visible and workstreams moving.
- Ensure Day 1 readiness across all assigned workstreams, with critical actions tracked and owners accountable ahead of close.
- Partner with Finance, Legal, HR, Product, Technology, and other functions to maintain cross-functional alignment, holding teams accountable to integration milestones.
- Manage risks, issues, and dependencies proactively, with mitigation plans in place and escalations made early where needed.
Governance & Reporting
- Own workstream governance: RAID logs, decision tracking, meeting cadence, and holding the right people accountable for delivery.
- Prepare decision-ready materials, reports, and presentations for senior stakeholders and leadership forums including SteerCo.
- Flag risks to workstream milestones or integration assumptions early, with a clear view on impact and a proposed path forward.
Stakeholder Management
- Build strong working relationships with functional leads and senior stakeholders within assigned workstreams, acting as a credible and reliable point of contact for integrations.
- Drive change management and cultural integration in partnership with HR and Communications, helping build genuine connections between Nebius and acquired teams.
IMO Contribution
- Contribute to improving integration frameworks, processes, and tools, bringing lessons from each workstream into how the IMO operates.
- Take on structural corporate initiatives including entity changes, migrations, and reorganisations as a core part of the IMO's remit.
Qualifications & Experience
Must-Have
- 5+ years in project or programme management, corporate development, or an integration management function.
- Some exposure to M&A or integration. Depth matters less than familiarity with the context.
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional workstreams simultaneously and independently.
- Strong governance and planning discipline, with experience maintaining structure under pressure.
- Clear and confident communicator, comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and building trust across functions and cultures.
- Resilient and solutions-focused, comfortable navigating ambiguity and keeping workstreams moving when priorities shift.
Preferred
- Background in technology, cloud, AI, or enterprise software environments.
- Experience working across geographies or in cross-border programme environments.
