Reporting to the Creative Operations Lead, North America, this role will manage day-to-day creative operations across multiple brands and markets, ensuring projects move efficiently from briefing through final asset delivery. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can independently manage multiple concurrent projects, and is passionate about improving creative workflows and operational efficiency.

What You'll Do

Manage End-to-End Creative Operations

Manage end-to-end operational coordination across integrated marketing initiatives, supporting project planning, execution, and delivery from intake through final asset release across digital, print, packaging, video, photography, CRM, and lifecycle marketing.

Support Key Marketing Initiatives

Coordinate creative execution for major business priorities including Peak campaigns, product launches, refreshed meal photography, strategic partnerships, packaging initiatives, brand campaigns, and cross-channel marketing programs, ensuring milestones are met and deliverables are executed on time.

Cross-Functional Partnership

Serve as the day-to-day Creative Operations partner for Marketing teams across the HelloFresh portfolio of brands, Creative, Production, Lifecycle Marketing, Product Marketing, Packaging, and external agency partners, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, deliverables, and business objectives.

Resource & Capacity Coordination

Partner with the Creative Resource Manager and Creative Operations Lead to monitor workloads, forecast upcoming work, identify capacity constraints, and escalate resourcing risks as business needs evolve.

Support Operational Excellence

Manage the end-to-end creative lifecycle across multiple concurrent initiatives while contributing to improvements in workflows, intake processes, project governance, and ways of working to increase speed-to-market and operational efficiency.

Project & Production Execution

Develop and manage integrated project plans, coordinating cross-functional teams through creative development, production, reviews, approvals, and final asset delivery while proactively identifying risks and removing blockers.

Workflow & Systems Optimization

Support best practices across project management systems and operational tools, ensuring adherence to standardized processes while identifying opportunities for automation and scalable operational improvements.

Project Reporting & Visibility

Maintain reporting that provides visibility into project health, team capacity, delivery performance, and operational metrics, supporting informed decision-making across Creative Operations and Marketing teams.

Continuous Improvement

Participate in retrospectives following major campaigns, productions, and launches, documenting learnings and supporting the implementation of scalable process improvements that strengthen creative operations across the organization.
