Join us in bringing joy to customer experience. Five9 is a leading provider of cloud contact center software, bringing the power of cloud innovation to customers worldwide.

Living our values everyday results in our team-first culture and enables us to innovate, grow, and thrive while enjoying the journey together. We celebrate diversity and foster an inclusive environment, empowering our employees to be their authentic selves.

Five9 is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Webinar Coordinator to coordinate, produce, and deliver live and simu-live webinars that engage our prospects, customers, and partners. You will support the full webinar lifecycle, from setup and registration through live production, follow-up, and reporting, using Zoom Webinars and Zuddl.

As part of the Demand Generation team, you will work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, and Creative to deliver smooth, professional events in a fast-paced cloud contact center environment. You will also collaborate with team members on integrated campaigns and account-based marketing (ABM) programs.

This is a highly hands-on role ideal for someone who excels at turning data into action, managing digital systems, and ensuring flawless execution across a complex digital marketing ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Webinar Production & Execution

  • Coordinate end-to-end logistics for live and simu-live webinars in Zoom Webinars and Zuddl.
  • Manage setup and configuration, branding, registration pages and links, polls, Q&A, chat, and recordings.
  • Schedule and run rehearsals and tech checks; coordinate speakers, presenters, and internal stakeholders, including run-of-show.
  • Act as host and moderator during live sessions, monitor audio, video, and slides, and troubleshoot technical issues in real time.

Marketing Operations & Communications

  • Build, test, and deploy invitations, registration confirmations, reminders, and follow-up emails through marketing automation (Marketo).
  • Work with marketing managers to align messaging, creative assets, and target audience segmentation.
  • Make sure registration and attendance data flows accurately into Marketo and Salesforce, and support lead handoff to Sales.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, and Creative to deliver assets on time and keep promotion timelines accurate.
  • Plan ahead and keep the webinar calendar updated for the following 3 months; execute the planned webinars on schedule. Maintain checklists, templates, and process documentation.

Post-Webinar

  • Publish recordings and post-event assets promptly to Five9 channels.
  • Track and analyze registrations, attendance, engagement, and conversion; produce post-event reports for internal stakeholders and recommend improvements.
  • Keep up with new features in webinar and event platforms and suggest ways to improve the attendee experience.

Requirements

  • Experience coordinating, producing, or supporting webinars or virtual events.
  • Working knowledge of Zoom Webinars (setup, hosting, polls, Q&A, reporting, recordings).
  • Familiarity with Zuddl or a similar virtual event platform (ON24, Goldcast, BigMarker, Webex, or similar).
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple events and tasks at once.
  • Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable working with presenters and executives.
  • Calm and resourceful when handling live technical issues.
  • Tech-savvy and eager to learn new platforms and tools.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, remote-friendly environment.

Nice to Have (Not Required)

  • Experience with Salesforce (campaigns, campaign members, lead and contact records).
  • Experience with Marketo (programs, smart campaigns, forms, landing pages).
  • Experience with email marketing, including building, testing, sending, and reading performance reports.
  • Exposure to B2B marketing, digital advertising, or SaaS environments.
  • Basic graphic design, audio, or video editing skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar).
