ROLE OVERVIEW

The Sales Enablement Content Producer is a hands-on individual contributor role focused on content creation and execution, focused on developing seller-ready content and enablement programs that help our sales team ramp quickly, build expertise, and sell effectively in a complex technical environment.

Working closely with the Sr. Director of Sales Enablement and subject matter experts across the business, this role will action enablement strategy, priorities and direction, translating complex technical, product, market, competitive, and business information into clear, actionable resources for the field. This role will independently own assigned content and enablement workstreams from discovery and development through launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own the development of seller-ready content including talk tracks, playbooks, discovery guides, field briefs, presentations, FAQs, training materials, process guidance, job aids, and other field resources.
  • Work directly with subject matter experts across Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product, Marketing, and other teams to extract, synthesize, and translate complex technical, product, market, competitive, and business information into clear, actionable content.
  • Capture and operationalize institutional and tribal knowledge, transforming information that may currently live with individual experts into trusted, scalable resources that are easy for sellers to find and apply.
  • Independently manage assigned content and enablement workstreams from initial discovery and requirements gathering through development, stakeholder review, launch, adoption, and ongoing improvement.
  • Own assigned programs or components of broader enablement programs which may include new hire onboarding, continuous learning, product and solution readiness, sales process education, and ongoing field readiness.
  • Translate launch direction into seller-facing content and readiness resources, ensuring the field understands what is changing, why it matters, and how to apply it in customer conversations.
  • Partner with Marketing to ensure seller-facing materials align with company brand, positioning, and messaging standards while independently developing the field-use content owned by Sales Enablement.
  • Interview SMEs and other stakeholders when appropriate to identify critical knowledge, clarify complex or incomplete information, and determine the most effective way to translate it for a sales audience.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions, workshops, presentations, and other learning experiences when appropriate, using content and programs designed to drive practical application in the field.
  • Maintain and continuously improve the seller-facing enablement content library so sellers can quickly locate current, relevant resources and confidently understand when and how to use them.
  • Gather feedback and evaluate usage, program participation, and adoption for improving assigned content/programs.
  • Identify opportunities to make enablement content and processes more scalable, consistent, and effective, independently recommending and implementing improvements within assigned areas.
