POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to own and evolve our Workday platform, primarily focused on Core HCM and Security. This role designs, configures, and optimizes scalable people systems that enable business growth and operational efficiency. You will act as a strategic partner to People, Finance, and IT teams—translating business needs into system solutions while ensuring data integrity, security, and streamlined processes across the employee lifecycle. We are in the midst of an exciting Intelligent Work Systems transformation, evolving from manual operations to designing AI-enabled, cross-system workflows that scale across the enterprise. We’re looking for someone with a strong Workday foundation and an inventor mindset to help build what’s next.

This is a remote position, though it could also be a hybrid role from our Mexico City office as part of our expanding site. EarnIn offers excellent benefits, including healthcare, internet and cell phone reimbursement, a learning and development stipend, and potential opportunities to travel to our Mountain View headquarters. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship or immigration support for this position.
