Principal AI Solutions Architect – Healthcare (Presales)
Life at UiPath
The people at UiPath believe in the transformative power of automation to change how the world works. We’re committed to creating category-leading enterprise software that unleashes that power.
To make that happen, we need people who are curious, self-propelled, generous, and genuine. People who love being part of a fast-moving, fast-thinking growth company. And people who care—about each other, about UiPath, and about our larger purpose.
Could that be you?
Your mission
This is a customer-facing presales role on UiPath's Healthcare Go-to-Market team. You'll partner with Account Executives and sales leadership to win strategic deals with the largest health systems in the U.S. You'll lead executive discovery, shape the solution strategy, and build the technical and business case for Agentic Automation.
At UiPath, we believe the future of healthcare lies in the convergence of AI, automation, agents, people, and enterprise systems. You'll be the person health-system CIOs, CTOs, and Chief AI Officers trust to show them how that convergence becomes measurable value, and why UiPath is the right partner to deliver it.
This role is for someone who has sold enterprise technology into healthcare as a presales leader, solutions architect, or field CTO, and who is fluent in today's AI and agentic landscape.
What you'll bring to the team
Win strategic deals
Partner with Account Executives and Regional Sales Directors on strategic healthcare pursuits, and own the technical and business win strategy.
Lead executive discovery sessions and value workshops with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, Chief AI Officers, enterprise architects, and operational leaders.
Build business cases and ROI models that tie Agentic Automation to operational, financial, and patient outcomes.
Design solution architectures and AI/automation roadmaps, and guide the demos, proofs of concept, and pilots that move deals to close.
Lead strategic RFP and RFI responses for healthcare opportunities.
Help build pipeline and speed up deals across a portfolio of named health-system accounts.
Position UiPath in a crowded AI market
Show where UiPath fits alongside hyperscaler AI services, EHR-native AI, workflow platforms, and healthcare AI point solutions, and where it wins against them.
Articulate the differentiated value of Agentic Automation, and identify where UiPath can drive the greatest impact in each account.
Advise customers on AI governance, operating models, and platform strategy as part of the buying decision.
Be the healthcare voice inside and outside UiPath
Represent UiPath as a healthcare thought leader through executive briefings, industry conferences, and customer events.
Bring field insight back to Product, Technology Alliances, and Industry teams so our solutions match what health systems need.
Share competitive intelligence, winning plays, and healthcare trends across the GTM organization.
