About the Role

Own the supply chain product roadmap for a manufacturing software platform. You will work closely with customers and cross-functional teams to turn complex factory and procurement workflows into practical software that improves operations.

What You'll Do

Set product strategy and roadmap for procurement, inventory management, traceability, vendor management, and BOM/MRP capabilities.

Visit customer factory floors and meet with supply chain and procurement leaders to understand operational challenges.

Translate hardware supply chain workflows into product specifications, wireframes, and functional prototypes.

Use AI-assisted tools to prototype solutions, query data, work with APIs, and contribute code when useful.

Partner with engineering, design, customer success, and sales to deliver features, measurable value, and effective customer onboarding.

Analyze inventory metrics, product usage, and customer feedback to test ideas and improve outcomes.

What We're Looking For

Three to ten years of experience spanning product management, software engineering or hands-on coding, and manufacturing or supply chain.

Experience shipping product features end-to-end, from discovery and research through launch.

Strong knowledge of procurement, BOM/MRP, inventory allocation, and traceability workflows.

Manufacturing or industrial experience, ideally in sectors such as aerospace, defense, energy, robotics, or automotive.

Ability to write technical specifications and build functional prototypes from complex domain logic.

Strong cross-functional communication and influence across engineering, design, sales, and customers.

A bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, supply chain, or a related technical field.

Familiarity with Python, React, SQL, PostgreSQL, AWS, APIs, ERP systems, MES, PLM, and AI-assisted prototyping tools.

Must be able to work in Los Angeles at least three days per week and have work authorization that does not require visa sponsorship.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $175,000 to $200,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Location
