Join the team building an AI-first company.

Hostinger serves more than 5.5 million clients across 150 countries, but we're still excited about what we're creating next.

AI is changing how we build products, support customers, work together, and solve problems. It helps us move faster, spend less time on repetitive work, and focus on bigger ideas.

If you want your work to influence both what we build and how we build it, we'd like to meet you.

Our culture: Guided by 10 company principles.

Your role at Hostinger

We're looking for a Copy Team Lead to create distinctive, effective communication across everything from global brand campaigns and performance advertising to websites, product launches, and events.

This is a hands-on creative leadership role, with around 70% of your time spent creating and 30% leading and developing copywriters. One moment you're writing a BOFU YouTube script, the next you're mentoring your team, reviewing website copy, or working on a campaign. You know how to build a distinctive brand and drive conversions, turning big ideas into campaigns across video, digital, and OOH, while making every performance ad count.

You'll work closely with the Message Director, who leads Hostinger's communication direction across products, campaigns, and channels. You'll develop creative ideas and bring them to life, with the Message Director guiding messaging priorities and direction, and you taking a hands-on role in writing, developing scripts, and delivering creative work. You'll also lead and mentor the Creative Team's copywriters. As we move further into AI and agentic technologies, you'll turn complex innovations into simple, compelling stories that connect with people around the world.

Your day-to-day

Lead and mentor the Creative Team's copywriters through regular 1-on-1s, constructive feedback, performance reviews, and development plans, helping each person grow creatively and professionally.

Develop creative concepts, campaign ideas, headlines, scripts, and copy across brand and performance advertising, video, websites, social media, OOH, events, and other channels.

Work closely with the Message Director to bring Hostinger's brand positioning, messaging strategy, and evolving tone of voice to life across creative work.

Turn complex products, especially AI and agentic technologies, into clear, engaging, benefit-led communication that resonates with customers.

Review and elevate the Creative Team's copy, challenging generic claims, weak ideas, and vague language while ensuring the work meets high creative standards and aligns with Hostinger's messaging direction.

Own copy development for the Creative Team's YouTube and Meta campaigns, balancing brand storytelling with performance goals. Work with PPC teams to test ideas, analyze results, and improve CTR, CVR, and ROAS.

Collaborate with Brand, Design, Video, Product Marketing, Website, and other teams to develop ideas, challenge briefs, manage feedback, and deliver strong creative work.

Plan and prioritize the copy team's workload, assign projects based on individual strengths and capacity, and coordinate timelines with campaign managers, Design, and Video leads.

Write high-performing ad copy, hooks, scripts, and UGC concepts tailored to different audiences and funnel stages, from awareness to conversion. Understand what drives customer decisions and use performance insights to test, optimize, and improve creative effectiveness.

Lead the team's creative process from brief to final delivery, setting clear expectations, providing direction, and ensuring work meets creative standards, business objectives, and deadlines.

Stay curious about advertising, culture, AI, and emerging technologies. Experiment with new tools and approaches to make creative work smarter, faster, and more impactful.

Ask the "why" behind every brief before the team writes: audience, funnel stage, positioning, and the customer's actual pain point. Let that shape the copy.
