About Gigs

At Gigs, we're building the operating system for mobile services—a platform that lets tech companies embed global connectivity into their products effortlessly.

Just as Stripe lets any business add a payment button in seconds, Gigs empowers platforms to weave in connectivity—bridging the traditional world of telecom with modern tech. From fintechs launching mobile services to HR platforms offering work phone plans, we automate provisioning and remove telecom complexity.

Our team of around 150 people across the US and Europe, backed by nearly $100 million in funding from Ribbit Capital, Google, and Y Combinator. As one of the fastest-growing tech companies, bringing together early-stage engineers, product builders, and business athletes from companies like Stripe, Airbnb, and Shopify. We’re tackling deep technical and regulatory challenges to make connectivity truly seamless.

If you’re driven by curiosity, creativity, and the chance to shape the future of telecom, we’d love to hear from you.

Things We Care About

We are building in a highly complex space and tackling a massive problem. We want people who lean in when things get hard.

Speed. We move and we ship. We set bold deadlines and treat every week like it matters.

Ownership. If you see something broken, fix it. We don't wait for permission.

Customer Obsession. Our customers' product is our product.

Ambiguity. We're building frontier technology in a complex domain. You'll need sound judgement and good instincts to make decisions without complete information.

First principles. We don't ask how things have been done before. We ask why they were done that way at all.

The Role

Gigs signed several major partners this summer, and each one needs someone on the ground to turn the contract into customers. That someone is you.

You’ll report to our Head of Marketing and own partner marketing in Brazil. Your partners include banks, fintechs, retailers and the local carriers that supply our lines. Brazil has a few very large banks, and its phone market works differently from the US.

Partners run their own apps, calendars and budgets, so you can’t simply tell them what to do. You’ll get them to invest in Gigs in two ways: by understanding what works better than they do, and by getting marketing commitments written into the contract before launch. That’s when you have the most influence over a partner’s plans, so you’ll be involved early in each deal.

Nobody has done this job at Gigs in your market yet. We want a new kind of partner marketer for it: local, close to consumers, and happy to build things with their own hands. You'll do it from scratch, and quickly.

What You Will Do

Own partner go-to-market. Once a partner integrates, the launch plan, joint calendar, local positioning, budget and results are yours. You also review the creative. You decide what gets made and why.

Get marketing into the deal early. Our best leverage comes before signing. You research prospective partners and give a view on whether they'll work. Channels, user reach, lifecycle emails and promo budgets get written into the contract at that stage.

Use the partner's own surfaces. In-app placement, push notifications, deep links and rewards programs move attach rate. You find the ones that matter for each partner and persuade them to use those.

Run MDF like an investor. We co-fund a promo only when it brings in new activity, and the partner pays for paid media alongside it. Money is released as milestones are hit. You work with our analytics lead on pre/post and A/B tests so we never pay for sales that would have happened anyway.

Adapt the story to your market. A message that lands in New York can fall flat in Paris or São Paulo. You decide what carries over and what gets rebuilt. AI can draft, and a native speaker reviews anything going to a wide audience.

Be the local voice. You work with PR agencies, local press and podcasts to get the Gigs and partner story out. Carrier launches need legal, comms and compliance sign-offs that can take weeks, so you plan early.
