About GenMD

GenMD is a Stanford spin-off building AI and data infrastructure for healthcare. We grew out of years of work inside Stanford Medicine, alongside world-class researchers and clinicians, and we now work with health systems and data partners on large longitudinal datasets: claims, health records, imaging and clinical notes. We make that data usable for researchers and frontier AI, while patient privacy stays protected.

We're just coming out of stealth, already revenue-generating and well funded. We're intentionally small, move fast, and are focused on building something fundamental. Our CEO is a former Associate Director of AI at Stanford Medicine. See how we work: https://genmd.ai/careers

About the role

You'll build the engine that gets GenMD in front of the right researchers, health systems and AI teams, and turns interest into active users and partners. Half engineer, half growth marketer: you'll write the code, run the experiments and own the numbers.

What you'll do

Build and run outbound and lifecycle programs across email, LinkedIn and events, from targeting and enrichment to sequencing and follow-up.

Build data pipelines that find and score prospects (research publications, grants, institutions, companies) and keep our CRM clean.

Own the website and signup funnels: landing pages, forms, analytics, A/B tests and conversion.

Automate workflows across HubSpot, enrichment tools and our own product data.

Report what's working each week and double down on it.

What we're looking for

2+ years in growth engineering, marketing ops, technical sales or a similar role at a startup.

Strong scripting skills (Python or JavaScript) and comfort with APIs, SQL and spreadsheets.

Hands-on experience with a CRM and outbound tools (HubSpot, Apollo or similar) and email deliverability basics.

Data-driven, fast and very organized; you like seeing a metric move because of something you built.

Nice to have

Experience marketing to researchers, healthcare organizations or technical buyers.

Experience with Framer, Webflow or similar site builders.

Compensation

$130,000 – $180,000 per year, plus equity. Final offer depends on experience and location.
