Join BLP and help make the world’s business processes autonomous!

Our agentic platform helps finance and operations teams worldwide remove manual work from their core business processes, so work runs end-to-end with greater control and significant productivity gains.

Today, over 550 enterprise customers use BLP across 1,300+ deployed projects. In the processes we automate, customers achieve productivity improvements of 5 to 10 times.

To date, BLP remains majority employee-owned, with Goldman Sachs holding a minority stake as a growth investor. Our success is driven by deep expertise in technology and business processes, a superior product with strong product-market fit, reflected in an expanding customer base that includes Fortune 500 companies.

BLP is one of Switzerland's fastest-growing SaaS scale-ups; we are now entering our next phase of growth. From our headquarters on Zürich's Bahnhofstrasse, we're expanding globally, with a growing presence across Europe and North America.

Join us and help make autonomous operations the new standard.

About the role

Shape and win ERP automation decisions: reframe problems, quantify the cost of inaction, and prove value through tailored workshops, business cases and demos.

Partner with an AE and own technical leadership, value articulation, and de-risking security and integration.

Build alignment across C-level-led buying committees (CFO, CIO, COO and CEO).

What you'll own

The full value journey: from first conversation to signed business case across our Enterprise and Strategic segments.

Build the function from zero: set up the Value Engineering playbook for the new market, including discovery frameworks, business case templates, demo stories and PoV approach, adapted to local buyers.

Open new markets: work with Sales leadership to choose target accounts and win the first Enterprise and Strategic logos, without existing local references to lean on.

Create references: turn early wins into case studies and proof points the region can reuse.

Insight-led discovery and deal shaping: challenge how customers frame the problem to uncover trapped value and build urgency for change across CFO, CIO, Shared Services and Procurement.

Demos, workshops and executive storytelling: surface value that already exists in the customer's operations (P2P, AP, S2P, O2C/AR). Lead with value, convince with tooling.

Solution design and technical leadership: architect tailored, enterprise-ready solutions and lead technical deep dives with procurement, finance and IT/security.

Value engineering and business case: build the business case and equip champions and AEs to sell it internally. Boardroom-grade, shop-floor-rooted.

Competitive positioning: position BLP as the end-to-end, exceptions-first alternative to fragmented point tools (OCR, IDP, workflow, RPA, process mining).

Knowledge multiplier: act as a knowledge multiplier to scale the region and enable GTM teams.

What we're looking for

Must-haves

7+ years of experience in Value Engineering, Presales, Solution Consulting or ERP process consulting, or equivalent experience in finance/procurement operations with strong customer exposure.

Process fluency: AP, invoice processing, S2P/P2P, O2C/AR, exception handling, approvals, master data workflows.

Insight-led discovery: you push back respectfully, quantify impact and build conviction across a buying committee.

Strong executive presence with C-level executives (CFO, CIO, COO, CEO) and Heads of Shared Services, leading as a trusted advisor.

Workshop and demo craft: strong storytelling, structure and objection handling, with a proven track record of delivering PoVs.

Business translation: you connect technical realities to outcomes such as FTE capacity, cycle time, controls, compliance risk and TCO.

Strong plus

ERP domain knowledge: SAP exposure (S/4, ECC, Public/Private Cloud) or multi-ERP environments.

Complex deal cycles: experience with long deal cycles and stakeholders in multiple countries.

Competitive selling: experience competing against legacy vendors and "patchwork stacks."
