What We Offer

Guaranteed year-round work

Annual income of $150k - $250k

Flexible schedule

Product reimbursement

About the Role

Install home remodeling products according to Statewide standards and procedures

Apply finish work as needed for every application

Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments

Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion

Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect

Key Qualifications

3 years of remodeling, carpentry or construction experience

Knowledge of residential cabinet installation, refacing, and laminate

Must have experience with trim and finish carpentry

Established LLC or Business

Worker's compensation and general liability insurance

Prefer crews with vehicle that can transport materials to job site

Great communication and customer service skills with the ability to clearly communicate with homeowners and team members
