Manage change responsibilities and change-related costs during project development, and provide data support for internal and external cost accounting.

Customer Management and Internal Cooperation

Regularly visit customers, listen to customer feedback, identify customer needs, and recommend appropriate action plans to management.

Serve as the primary customer interface, ensuring timely communication of customer requirements to internal teams and project updates to customers.
