About the role

A boutique London law firm that specialises in shareholder agreements and disputes is looking for a precise, discreet Virtual Assistant to support its principal solicitor. You’ll manage his inbox, produce legal content with the help of AI tools, and look after the firm’s website and newsletter. In this role, accuracy matters more than flair.

What you’ll do

Join a daily 11:00 UK call to agree priorities, then manage and file the inbox

Use AI tools and Lexis to write a weekly case summary for the website, and fact-check every date, citation and case name before submitting it

Turn published case pages into a monthly newsletter in Brevo, and manage contacts and automations there

Publish content in WordPress with the correct formatting, Canva Pro images and SEO fields

Maintain the WordPress site: updates, backups, broken links and security

Run monthly SEO checks and send short reports with recommendations

Log in to Clio once a week for inbox management

Monitor LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, and suggest video ideas

Requirements

You’ll be a great fit if you have

At least 2 years’ experience as a VA or PA, ideally with a law firm or professional services firm

Excellent written English (UK) and the ability to edit AI-generated content critically and fact-check it

Hands-on experience with WordPress and Canva

Basic SEO knowledge

Experience with Brevo or Mailchimp (a strong advantage)

Familiarity with Clio or Lexis (a bonus)

A track record of handling confidential information. An NDA is required.

A calm, organised and proactive approach, and you ask questions rather than assume

A secure private laptop, reliable internet and a power backup

Bonus points for a paralegal, legal secretary or law degree background.
