What you will do

Handle day-to-day HR operations for Adaptfy and Metyis: onboarding week and offboarding, contracts and employee changes, absence management, documentation, and employee questions

Advise leadership and employees on people matters, from performance conversations and employee relations to engagement, and help translate insights into practical actions while challenging where needed

Support leadership discussions by bringing relevant people insights, priorities, and actions to the table

Ensure compliance with Dutch employment law and translate global policies into practical procedures for Adaptfy

Run HR cycles such as performance management

Contribute to cross-functional and international HR projects across Metyis

What you will bring

A bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus

5+ years of HR experience, ideally in international, scale-up, consulting or professional services environments

Solid knowledge of Dutch employment law experience in both HR advice and operations

Excellent Dutch and English, both spoken and written

A proactive, pragmatic and structured way of working: you spot what needs to be done and roll up your sleeves

Eagerness to learn: you actively seek out feedback and new knowledge

The courage to stand your ground, even when your advice is not what people want to hear

The ability to build trust with a wide range of people and to handle complex, confidential matters with care
