About the job

Design and develop core capabilities of the openJiuwen AI Agent Platform, including Agent Frameworks, Workflows, Tool Calling, MCP, and Multi-Agent collaboration.

Build real-world AI Agents such as Coding Agents, Research Agents, Data Agents, and Software Engineering Agents.

Contribute to JiuwenSwarm and other flagship open source projects through feature development, issue fixing, documentation, examples, and community collaboration.

Explore cutting-edge technologies including LLMs, Agentic Workflows, Memory, Planning, Evaluation, and Multi-Agent systems.

The total target annual compensation (based on 2,080 hours per year) ranges from $58,000 to $104,000 depending on education, experience, and demonstrated expertise.

Requirements

About the ideal candidate

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Proficient in Python, Java, C++, Go, or another programming language.

Familiar with Git, GitHub, or GitCode workflows and passionate about open source.

Experience with AI Agent, LLM, RAG, MCP, or Workflow projects is an asset.

Familiarity with LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, or CrewAI is an asset.

Interest in developer communities and technical sharing is an asset.
