What to do

We are looking for students to support our workplace team. Typical tasks are:

Handling of requirements related to our IT workplace (notebooks, phones, connectivity, etc.) according to our policies

Managing, maintaining and keeping an overview of the company’s technological equipment including the monitoring of budget and compliance with internal IT workplace policies

Creating and reviewing current processes to establish an efficient IT Service Point

Supporting our colleagues and business partners regarding IT workplace requests, questions and complaints

Finding solutions for complex and non-standard requests

Informing our colleagues and business partners about news regarding the IT workplace field

Supporting of IT workplace related projects, e.g. testing new features of our request tool from demand manager’s and user’s perspective

Get in touch with a wide range of technologies, from cutting edge to mainstream. You will have the opportunity to learn from our experienced team members and can also bring in your own new ideas which will help us to grow and improve.

Requirements

Enrolled student with on-going program at University (Uni, FH), IT related

Customer orientation, organizational skills and a structured way of working

High interest in IT workplace related issues

Passion for teamwork and continuous learning

Fluent in German and English

Curious and empathetic, treating all people with respect

Immediate start for an internship with the duration of 12 months with the potential for further extension

We offer you a varied part-time internship position (20-30h/week) for 12 months. An internship salary of 3267,00 € for Bachelor Students or 3400,00€ for Master Students (gross per month on a full-time basis) is offered.
