Business Women Events is seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Sales department. As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by identifying and qualifying potential customers.

Responsibilities

Research and identify potential leads through various channels

Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospects to generate interest in our products and services

Qualify leads by understanding their needs and determining their fit for our offerings

Collaborate with the Sales team to schedule meetings and demos with qualified prospects

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities and customer interactions in our CRM system

Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to effectively position our solutions

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and qualification

Requirements

Prior experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools

Highly organized with great attention to detail

Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve targets
