You have solid expertise in residential energy storage systems, including inverters, batteries and energy management systems.
You enjoy getting to the bottom of complex technical problems and finding practical, timely solutions.
You have experience in technical support, service or commissioning, ideally in the energy or greentech sector.
You explain complex topics clearly and enjoy training different audiences, from installers to engineers.
You are fluent in English at C1 level and German at B2 or higher is a plus.
You collaborate easily across teams and countries, and you bring a structured, data-driven mindset.
You are comfortable writing clear technical documentation and sharing insights with R&D and product teams.
