Your mission

  • You own the European product and market readiness of our three-phase residential portfolio: three-phase hybrid inverters and batteries, low-voltage three-phase products and iHomeManager. This covers certification, grid code, white-listing, local documentation and launch timing per country.
  • You manage the country requirements of the three-phase markets, including Eastern Europe, and follow each product from evaluation until it is active in the market.
  • You collect feedback from installers, distributors, local sales, PSM and service and turn it into structured product requirements. You follow these up with the HQ Solution Team, product management and R&D until they are implemented and validated.
  • You support local sales teams in defining their regional product strategy with product proposals, country-specific system configurations and evidence on the market and competitors.
  • You design and deliver technical and sales-oriented training, launch packages and knowledge tests for local sales teams. You also prepare approved materials for distributors and installers.
  • You support the integration of Sungrow AC chargers into the complete home-energy solution and follow the iSolarDesign and iSolarCloud features for your products.
  • You provide product documentation for the service knowledge base and You also track competitor ranges and changes in regulation and grid codes in your markets.

Your profile

  • You hold a degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Renewable Energy or a comparable technical field.
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in technical sales, product management, application engineering or technical support for PV inverters, battery storage or residential energy systems.
  • You have solid knowledge of hybrid inverters, battery storage and three-phase residential systems. You are familiar with European grid codes, certification and white-listing processes.
  • You are used to working with distributors and installers. You can explain technical topics clearly to sales audiences, in meetings and in training sessions.
  • You work in a structured way, manage several products and countries in parallel and follow open topics with HQ until they are closed.
  • You speak English fluently. German is a strong advantage, and an additional European language or Chinese is a plus.
  • Good to have: knowledge of home energy management, EV charging, heat-pump integration and dynamic tariffs.
  • You are willing to travel about 20% of your time, mainly within Europe, and to work from our Munich office.
