It acts as a central coordination function for prototype hardware demand, ensuring transparency, alignment, and smooth process flow across stakeholders.

The CTV Responsible works independently based on defined goals, handles complex but bounded problems, and shapes processes within its scope.

Ensure consistent execution of theCTV process end-to-end(budget planning → demand → request → tracking → handover)
Structure and optimize process steps (e.g., budget planning, demand intake, status tracking, documentation)
Ensuretransparent and traceable workflowsacross involved functions
Consolidate and validate hardware demands from teams and domains
Coordinate with key stakeholders (e.g., BTV, Domain Test Leads, Team Representatives, Project Management, Component Responsible roles)
Preparedecision-ready inputsfor conflicts (e.g., limited availability, priorities, constraints)
Enable alignment throughclear, structured communication
Apply solid understanding ofprototype hardware and test environment dependencies
Translate technical requirements intoactionable process inputs
Support operational flows such as request clarification, allocation, and tracking
Identify inefficiencies and implementpragmatic improvementswithin scope
Maintain clearprocess and technical documentation
Ensure visibility ofdemands, bottlenecks, and risks
Providefunctional support and guidanceto stakeholders (e.g., team representatives, junior contributors)
Act as asubject-matter contactfor CTV topics within the defined scope
Coordinate technical and operational requirementswithrequesting teams fornon CTVhardware and test equipment.
Independently obtain and evaluate supplier quotations.
Coordinate the procurement process in alignment with internal stakeholders and purchasing requirements.
Ensure transparent planning, timely procurement, and cost allocation to the responsible teams.

Your Profile

Relevant university degree or equivalent practical experience
>2 years of relevant experiencein technical coordination, process management, or hardware/test environments
Experience incross-functional collaboration
Solid understanding ofhardware-related processes and operational workflows
