Your Mission

As Scrum Master at MBition you will facilitate, improve and coordinate the work of our Engineering team. You will be an integralpart of the team, introduce best practices related to Scrum, moderate discussions and help the team grow in efficiency.

You have excellent communication and people skills

Your Profile

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a comparable qualification
Scrum Master certification
Experience with planning in Atlassian JIRA
First experience in DevOps teams
First experience gathered in the automotive industry
First experience with scaling agile, e.g. SAFe
Proficiency in English
