Our Team Culture
We’re a team of problem solvers, pixel pushers, code slingers, and cloud fanatics. Culture is more than a poster on the wall here – collaboration beats hierarchy, curiosity fuels our growth, and everyone’s voice matters. We take our work seriously, but not ourselves. The Role
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Global Revenue Enablement Specialist to support the execution and administration of enablement programs across the global revenue organization.
Reporting to the Head of Global Revenue Enablement, this role will serve as the operational backbone of the Revenue Enablement function—ensuring learning assignments, communications, content, reporting, and Seismic administration are managed accurately and consistently.
The Global Revenue Enablement Specialist will partner closely with the Global Revenue Enablement Manager to support onboarding, role-based development, change management, and performance-focused initiatives. This role will coordinate the administrative and logistical components of these programs, including assignments, communications, scheduling, reporting, and stakeholder follow-up.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys creating structure, managing details, maintaining systems, and supporting repeatable processes. The ideal candidate excels at executing against established plans, tracking deliverables, and ensuring enablement activities are completed accurately and on schedule.
What You’ll Be Doing
Support Global Enablement Programs: Execute assigned tasks and workflows for onboarding, role-based development, and other priority enablement initiatives.
Coordinate Program Delivery: Manage scheduling, logistics, learning assignments, communications, stakeholder inputs, and status tracking against established program plans.
Own Day-to-Day Seismic Administration & Governance: Serve as the primary day-to-day owner of Seismic administration, including users and groups, permissions, learning assignments, reporting, page and content maintenance, digital sales rooms, content governance, and recurring platform audits.
Manage Learning Operations: Create and assign courses and learning paths, monitor completion, send reminders, and maintain accurate learning records.
Maintain Enablement Content: Build and update product pages, role pages, collections, program resources, and other content within Seismic.
Manage Recurring GTM Communications: Coordinate and publish the GTM Digest, enablement announcements, program communications, and other recurring updates.
Support Launch and Change Readiness: Coordinate documentation, communications, assignments, resources, and follow-up for product launches and GTM changes.
Provide Reporting and Visibility: Produce recurring reporting on participation, completion, proficiency, engagement, content usage, and program execution.
Support Enablement Outcomes: Help the Global Revenue Enablement Manager monitor the activities and indicators that support improved ramp, proficiency, and quota-participation readiness.
Maintain Content Governance: Manage content versioning, tagging, organization, archiving, and recurring audits to ensure GTM teams can find accurate and current resources.
Coordinate Stakeholder Inputs: Follow up with subject-matter experts and business partners to collect required materials, approvals, and inputs.
Improve Administrative Workflows: Identify manual processes, administrative gaps, and recurring bottlenecks and recommend opportunities to improve accuracy and efficiency.
What You’ll Need to Be Successful
2–3 years of experience in revenue enablement, sales enablement, enablement operations, program coordination, learning operations, revenue operations, or a related role within a SaaS or technology organization.
Experience administering Seismic, Highspot, an LMS, or a similar enablement or learning platform.
Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and deliverables simultaneously.
Experience managing learning assignments, completion tracking, content libraries, recurring communications, or program reporting.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate systems, content, records, and processes.
Ability to execute effectively against defined plans, priorities, workflows, and deadlines.
Experience producing reports using enablement-platform data, Salesforce, or similar systems.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across global teams.
Ability to proactively track outstanding items, communicate risks, and follow through on assigned responsibilities.
