Accountabilities:

Transcribe and review lyrical content in your target language, following project guidelines and industry priorities.
Evaluate the quality and accuracy of music-related content produced by internal teams and external partners.
Identify errors, inconsistencies, and content issues across large volumes of digital material.
Make informed decisions and recommend appropriate solutions to maintain high content quality standards.
Collaborate with local and international teams to monitor, assess, and improve digital products.
Apply your knowledge of the local music market, artists, genres, and cultural nuances to enhance the user experience.
Analyze recurring content issues and contribute to preventing similar errors in the future.
Adapt to evolving products, workflows, and project requirements while maintaining accuracy and productivity.
Manage repetitive tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Previous experience in technology, product development, digital media, entertainment, or a related field is preferred.
A bachelor's degree or higher is preferred, along with relevant professional experience.
Strong passion for music, musicians, artists, and different music genres.
Excellent research skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to assess complex situations and make sound judgments.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to identify errors and inconsistencies quickly when working with large volumes of content.
Strong organizational skills, including the ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet tight deadlines.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining concentration over extended periods.
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across different teams and markets.
Familiarity with XML and web-based content management systems is an advantage.
Comfortable working in an evolving environment where products, processes, and priorities may change.
Willingness to work with potentially sensitive or offensive content, which may include sexual, health-related, racial, or violent material.
Ability to work at a computer for extended periods, including prolonged sitting, keyboarding, and mouse use.
