Accountabilities

As a key member of the Product team, you will own strategic and technical initiatives that strengthen identity capabilities and improve the platform's overall performance. Your responsibilities will include:

Define the product direction for identity-related platform capabilities, including identity graphs, identity infrastructure, audiences, and measurement, supported by clear business cases and prioritization.

Identify customer and market problems worth solving, evaluate potential solutions, and establish product requirements for complex platform-level features.

Own detailed feature specifications, accounting for cross-system dependencies, downstream application impacts, and technical and operational considerations across the platform.

Validate complex or ambiguous product proposals through proof-of-concept testing, data analysis, and direct collaboration with engineering teams.

Drive alignment on technically challenging features and platform decisions by challenging assumptions, resolving trade-offs, and ensuring engineering resources are allocated to the highest-priority initiatives.

Identify and assess opportunities to collaborate with external partners and internal product teams, determining the value and conditions of potential integrations or enhancements and overseeing delivery from start to finish.

Establish and monitor performance indicators for identity and audience capabilities, including match rates and identity stability.

Communicate product roadmaps, priorities, and upcoming initiatives clearly to cross-functional teams and leadership.

Create and maintain documentation that explains complex campaign and customer data structures, supporting alignment across product, design, engineering, and leadership.

Partner continuously with QA to improve platform validation processes, testing coverage, and overall product quality.

A strong sense of ownership and accountability, with a focus on measurable product success and outcomes.

Proven experience writing detailed product requirements and technical specifications.

Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers on technical design decisions involving platforms, frameworks, scalability, and performance.

Experience managing the full product development lifecycle in a fast-paced environment.
