Accountabilities:

Lead and manage SAP projects involving tax products and solutions, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.

Oversee the implementation, evolution, and integration of SAP tax-related solutions.

Manage project plans, schedules, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies to support timely execution.

Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and potential obstacles, making decisions and taking corrective action when needed.

Lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate activities across technical and business areas.

Engage with key stakeholders, maintaining clear communication, alignment, and visibility throughout the project lifecycle.

Provide strong project leadership and executive-level guidance to support decision-making and successful delivery.

Monitor project progress and ensure that objectives, priorities, and expected outcomes remain on track.

Requirements

Proven experience managing SAP projects related to tax products and solutions.

Previous experience leading SAP solution implementation, evolution, or integration projects.

Strong leadership skills, with the ability to guide multidisciplinary teams and influence stakeholders.

Excellent communication skills and an assertive approach to stakeholder engagement.

Demonstrated ability to manage project schedules, deliverables, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
