Responsibilities

Lead accounting operations and financial reporting functions
Oversee month-end and year-end close processes
Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
Manage audit preparation and external reporting requirements
Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures
Drive process improvement and system optimization initiatives
Lead and mentor accounting team members
Partner with executive leadership on strategic initiatives

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
CPA preferred
10+ years of progressive accounting experience
Prior Director, Controller, or senior accounting leadership experience
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
Experience leading teams and managing complex accounting functions
Excellent leadership and communication skills
