About Turing
Turing’s mission is to accelerate superintelligence to drive real economic progress. Headquartered in San Francisco, Turing works with frontier AI labs to generate high-quality datasets, reinforcement learning environments, and frontier research benchmarks that improve model capabilities in software engineering, enterprise knowledge work, and advanced STEM reasoning. In software engineering, Turing is the largest and longest-running data provider in the category. Turing also works with Fortune 500 enterprises across financial services, life sciences, healthcare, retail, automotive, and CPG to build and deploy end-to-end agentic AI systems inside mission-critical workflows. Why Join Enterprise AI?
Turing’s Financial Services team brings enterprise AI into the world’s leading banks, asset managers, private equity firms, and insurers. We work with some of the largest investment banks, asset managers, and private equity firms in the world.
We built this business from the ground up and compete with the largest consulting firms every day by bringing greater depth in AI.
As Client Director, Business Development, BFSI, you will develop relationships across a targeted portfolio of financial services accounts, identify high-value opportunities, and turn initial projects into multi-year AI programs. You will lead initial customer conversations, bring in solutions engineers and AI architects, and own the commercial process through the first SOW and into the second.
This is an opportunity for an experienced financial services seller to move from the services era into an AI-native company and develop a portfolio of high-value AI engagements that defines the next decade of their career.
Why This Role Matters
Financial services firms are moving beyond AI experimentation and looking to deploy AI in regulated environments, on data that remains inside the firm, and across operational workflows that have historically been difficult to automate.
Turing combines deep relationships with frontier AI labs and enterprise deployment capabilities to help financial services organizations move from experimentation to production.
Over the next 12 months, you will help grow the financial services business significantly. Turing leads with a platform that remains in place after delivery, creating the foundation for future engagements. New MSAs can close in approximately four months, even in an industry where enterprise agreements often take years.
