What you'll do:

  • Own the annual operating plan, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial planning process
  • Deliver clear, data-driven recommendations on cost and investment trade-offs
  • Set Company-level budgets, maintain a Headcount allocation process, and set Opex targets
  • Partner with senior leaders across Product, Sales, Engineering, and Operations to evaluate business performance
  • Build and evolve financial models and reporting that support strategic initiatives and cost-management decisions
  • Drive improvements in planning processes, tools, and data quality, including automation and self-service analytics
  • Work closely with Accounting, Treasury, Tax, and Investor Relations to ensure consistency between management reporting and external reporting
  • Communicate complex financial insights in a clear, concise way to executives and non-finance audiences

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or a related field, including 5+ years leading teams at a public company
  • Proven experience advising senior executives and influencing decisions at the VP and C-suite level
  • Deep expertise in forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling for a high-growth or technology business
  • Strong command of Excel, EPM platforms, modern planning and BI tools, and comfort working with large datasets
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complexity
  • A track record of building high-performing teams and fostering an inclusive, accountable culture
  • Experience in advertising technology or digital media industries is a plus
