About SiTime

SiTime is the Precision Timing company.

Timing is the heartbeat of all electronics, ensuring performance, resilience and scalability. For decades, quartz devices, non-silicon technology, have kept systems in sync, but they struggle in harsher, more demanding environments. MEMS-based Precision Timing delivers greater accuracy, smaller size and resilience. Today, MEMS timing powers over 400 applications, including high-growth ones in AI datacenters, automated driving, industrial and humanoid robots, wearables and IoT.

Our semiconductor MEMS programmable solutions offer a rich feature set that enables customers to differentiate their products with higher performance, smaller size, lower power, and better reliability. With more than 4 billion devices shipped, SiTime is changing the timing industry. For more information, visit: www.sitime.com.

Job Summary

As SiTime’s Campaign Marketing Manager, you plan, build, and manage omnichannel marketing campaigns that grow awareness and drive demand for SiTime’s precision timing solutions. Reporting to the Director, Growth Marketing, you drive campaign strategy through execution — translating audience insight and business priorities into multi-channel programs that move design engineers, procurement decision-makers, and channel partners through the research, consideration & buying process. You orchestrate engagement across content, email, paid media, search, social, events, and eCommerce, working in close partnership with product marketing, segment marketing, digital, channel, and sales. You are a disciplined program manager who delivers on schedule across a broad and growing product portfolio, and a data-driven marketer who holds every campaign accountable to engagement, pipeline, and return.

We value diverse experiences, perspectives, and career paths, and welcome candidates who are excited to contribute to our mission.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Demonstrated expertise developing and executing demand campaigns that move audiences through the marketing funnel to qualified pipeline, as measured by lead or MQL production through opportunity value.
  • Proven experience across inbound and content marketing, ABM, lead nurturing, audience/persona targeting, paid media, content syndication, email, SEM, and events — all the digital things.
  • Ability to partner with marketing and sales to build persona-based buyer journeys that serve as the foundation for campaign strategy.
  • Ability to define campaign plans, budgets, and content briefs prioritized against audience and channel to direct editorial and creative output.
  • Metrics are in your DNA. ‘What doesn’t get measured, doesn’t get implemented’ is your motto — you instrument every program, plan and run A/B tests, and optimize for conversion rate, program ROI, and revenue.
  • Hands-on fluency with the marketing technology stack — marketing automation, CRM, intent data, and BI reporting — with the ability to build campaign flows, scoring logic, and performance dashboards directly.
  • Experience supporting new product introductions and campaigns that span a multi-line product portfolio across several end markets.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills to influence, leverage, and lead cross-functional teams and keep multiple concurrent campaigns on schedule.
  • A learner who can absorb high-tech B2B trends, complex products, and technical messaging, and translate them into audience-relevant campaigns.

Desired Characteristics & Attributes

  • Minimum 7+ years of experience managing omnichannel campaigns in the high technology industry; semiconductor or electronic components experience strongly preferred.
  • Systems expertise across Marketo (or comparable automation), Salesforce, Adobe CMS & DAM, and Power BI; familiarity with CDP and multi-touch attribution tooling is a plus.
  • Specialized experience leading digital activations, including ABM and multi-touch nurture strategies.
  • Experience running demand programs that feed both a direct sales motion and a distribution and channel partner motion.
