  • High-Velocity Outreach: Execute personalized, multi-channel outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn, leveraging AI tools to increase velocity while maintaining a human, consultative touch.
  • Inbound Lead Mastery: Rapidly qualify marketing-generated leads, using data-driven insights to assess readiness and fit for mid-market and enterprise-level solutions.
  • Strategic Discovery: Conduct deep-dive discovery calls to uncover prospect pain points, practice size, and complex operational needs, ensuring a seamless handoff to Sales representatives.
  • Meeting Generation & Pipeline Fuel: Consistently exceed targets for booking qualified discovery calls and demos that directly impact the sales pipeline.
  • Data Integrity: Maintain meticulous records of all interactions in our CRM (HubSpot), ensuring data is clean and actionable for the entire sales organization.
  • Collaborative Feedback Loop: Partner closely with Marketing, Sales representatives, and Solutions Engineers to refine messaging, improve lead quality, and share market insights from the field.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Experience: 2–3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales development or business development, with a proven track record of exceeding targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech Stack Proficiency: Hands-on experience with modern sales engagement and AI tools, including HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Gong, and Nooks.
  • AI-Forward Mindset: A proactive desire to leverage AI tools to automate administrative tasks and increase prospecting efficiency.
