What will you be doing?

  • Oversee the employee journey, addressing both professional and personal aspects to ensure a well-rounded and fulfilling experience, including full employee lifecycle management (from onboarding to offboarding).
  • Manage ongoing employee experience touchpoints, including support for employees through meaningful life moments—from joyful occasions such as birthdays, weddings, and newborns to more sensitive times like illness and condolences - ensuring care, empathy, and attention throughout.
  • Maintain and enhance existing internal infrastructures while optimizing all employee-related processes, including team events and celebrating milestones such as anniversaries and recognition moments.
  • Collaborate with HR teams and employees to lead, inspire, and ensure the seamless integration of employee experience initiatives into the organizational framework, including welfare programs and benefits.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Tel Aviv employees, providing day-to-day support, answering questions, and ensuring a smooth and positive employee experience across both personal and professional aspects.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to coordinate logistics and administrative needs that support various initiatives and projects, enhancing engagement and organizational culture.
  • Provide support at the reception area as needed, ensuring a warm, professional, and well-organized welcome experience.
  • Assist in the operational execution of company events, including celebrations, holidays, swag, gift distribution, workshops, lectures, and welfare initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience as an Employee Experience Specialist and/or HR Administrator – advantage for experience in the high-tech industry.
  • Flexibility and the ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and demanding environment.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
  • A hands-on approach, with willingness to roll up sleeves and do what it takes to get the job done.
  • A service-oriented, positive, proactive, and solutions-focused mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Full proficiency in MS Office
