As a Provisioning Operations Analyst, you will be tasked with fulfilling provisioning requests and keeping customer entitlements aligned with what each customer purchased, as part of the Provisioning Operations team within Customer Experience (CX), which is responsible for provisioning, extending, and terminating customer access to SentinelOne products and services, and for the accuracy and compliance of customer entitlements. These activities are tied to revenue recognition, so the team flexes its schedule around month and quarter-end deadlines to keep service levels strong.

What Will You Do?

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Validate purchase details of new and renewing customers to deliver their purchased products and services.
  • Fulfill provisioning requests accurately, maintain provisioning SLAs, and provide a high level of service.
  • Set up, configure, and convert product instances and licenses across our product lines, including partner and managed service provider accounts and newly launched offerings.
  • Process requests to extend access and to enable or deactivate product features for existing customers.
  • Manage the customer account lifecycle, including terminations, consolidations, and restorations.
  • Respond to inquiries from the provisioning mailboxes and queues, and escalate complex issues to senior team members or subject matter experts.
  • Coordinate with account teams, partners, and product to make sure customers and partners get the right access; welcome new customers with introductory communications and guidance on getting started with their purchased products and services.
  • Review customer entitlements for accuracy and compliance, cross-checking Salesforce data against provisioning platform data and following SOX and SOC2 controls.
  • Follow and help maintain standard operating procedures and process documentation.
  • Partner on provisioning automation and process improvements, including testing and reporting defects in Jira; assist with ad hoc data and validation projects.

What Skills and Knowledge Will You Bring?

Ideal candidates will have:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in provisioning, entitlement or license management, order management, sales operations, or customer support operations.
  • Clear written and verbal communication.
  • Comfort working with data, spreadsheets, and reports to spot anomalies and trace root causes.
  • Passion for process documentation and following documented procedures.
