Who Are We?

RZR is an AI-native advertising platform built for the next era of performance marketing. We operate at the intersection of machine learning, programmatic media, and full-funnel mobile growth, powering campaigns for some of the world's most ambitious advertisers. Our platform is purpose-built to deliver outcomes at scale, not just impressions.

We are a team of builders, operators, and technologists who believe the advertising industry is overdue for a fundamental rethink. We move fast, operate with a high degree of ownership, and hold ourselves to an exceptionally high standard of craft.

RZR is scaling aggressively with an active M&A pipeline and a platform vision that puts us on a path to becoming an industry leader. This is a rare opportunity to join a company at an inflection point and help shape what it becomes.

Role Overview

As a Senior Analyst at RZR, you will operate with a high degree of independence and end-to-end ownership across all campaign functions for some of our most strategic accounts — including our Tier 1 and China portfolio. You will use strong analytical thinking to translate trends into clear insights and actions, proactively driving performance improvements and developing testing strategies that enhance both campaign results and client outcomes.

This is not a role where you wait to be told what to investigate. You will maintain a disciplined daily monitoring cadence, identify anomalies early, escalate concerns promptly, and keep managers and Customer Success consistently informed before being asked. You will also serve as an informal mentor to junior analysts, raising the quality and effectiveness of the broader team.

The right person for this role brings sharp analytical instincts, strong execution discipline, and the communication habits of someone who treats proactive updates as a professional standard — not an afterthought.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own campaign execution end to end for assigned accounts, including setup, QA, launch, optimization, and ongoing pacing management, with full accountability for outcomes
  • Proactively monitor daily campaign health — pacing, fraud rates, KPI shifts, creative performance, and delivery health — and flag anomalies early
  • Proactively identify, investigate, and resolve performance issues without being prompted, bringing context, root-cause hypotheses, and recommended solutions
  • Execute advanced optimizations and testing strategies, interpret results, and translate learnings into next actions that improve performance and client outcomes
  • Identify risks early and communicate to managers and Customer Success with clear, structured updates on performance, test status, issues, and pacing changes — before being asked
  • Respond quickly to system alerts, pacing issues, and Customer Success inquiries within defined SLAs; participate reliably in on-call rotations and maintain thorough logs of issues, actions, and handoffs
  • Document all tests and experiments in organized, reusable formats; contribute to internal playbooks, test summaries, and tooling feedback to scale team effectiveness
  • Collaborate directly with Customer Success and Product partners on account needs as required to unblock execution and improve outcomes
  • Mentor and support junior and peer analysts by reviewing work, troubleshooting issues, sharing best practices, and providing coverage when needed

Required Skills and Experience

Must-Have

  • At least 3 years of hands-on analytics experience
  • Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related analytical field
  • Foundational knowledge and experience using SQL, Python, R, or related data query tools
  • High attention to detail and pride in execution quality
  • Able to use English as a working language
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in ad tech, programmatic advertising, or DSP environments
  • Exposure to machine learning-driven optimization or large-scale campaign analytics
  • Experience informally mentoring or reviewing the work of junior analysts
