Who Are We?
RZR is an AI-native advertising platform built for the next era of performance marketing. We operate at the intersection of machine learning, programmatic media, and full-funnel mobile growth, powering campaigns for some of the world's most ambitious advertisers. Our platform is purpose-built to deliver outcomes at scale, not just impressions.
We are a team of builders, operators, and technologists who believe the advertising industry is overdue for a fundamental rethink. We move fast, operate with a high degree of ownership, and hold ourselves to an exceptionally high standard of craft.
RZR is scaling aggressively with an active M&A pipeline and a platform vision that puts us on a path to becoming an industry leader. This is a rare opportunity to join a company at an inflection point and help shape what it becomes.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Full Cycle Recruiter to become the first dedicated in-market recruiter for RZR's China office, based in Beijing. You will own end-to-end recruiting across all functions — technical, commercial, and operations — partnering directly with hiring managers and RZR's global TA team to build local sourcing infrastructure from the ground up.
This is a high-ownership IC role. You will run full cycles independently from intake through offer close, set up the sourcing channels and agency relationships that don't yet exist, and bring structure to a China hiring process that is growing fast. The right person is organized, proactive, fluent in the local talent market, and comfortable operating without a playbook — because in this role, you will be writing it.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full recruiting cycle end to end — source, screen, coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and close — across all functions for the China office
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, build scorecards, and design interview loops
- Stand up and actively manage local sourcing channels including Boss Zhipin, Maimai, LinkedIn, and 51job, alongside agency and university relationships
- Deliver a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the process, from first contact through offer acceptance
- Ensure all hiring practices comply with PRC labor law, including offer terms, probation structures, and statutory benefits
- Own requisition and candidate data hygiene in Greenhouse and report pipeline metrics to stakeholders
- Build RZR's employer brand in the Beijing talent market
- Support onboarding coordination and liaise with the global HR team on onboarding preparations as needed
Required Skills and Experience
Must-Have
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in China, ideally at a fast-growing tech or multinational company
- Strong familiarity with Beijing and China sourcing channels and the local talent market
- Experience recruiting across multiple functions — not siloed to a single team or discipline
- Working knowledge of PRC labor law as it applies to hiring, offer terms, and probation
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive — someone who follows through without needing constant reminders
- Comfortable working in a fluid, fast-moving environment and able to bring order to ambiguity
- ATS experience; Greenhouse strongly preferred
- Working proficiency in English (CET-6 or equivalent), comfortable with English resumes, emails, and global system interfaces
Nice-to-Have
- Experience recruiting for a US-headquartered company with distributed or global teams
- Experience standing up recruiting infrastructure in a new market
- Familiarity with the adtech or mobile industry
Why Join RZR?
- Ground-floor opportunity to build something lasting — you will be the first dedicated in-market recruiter for China, with full ownership of sourcing strategy, process design, and hiring infrastructure. There is no inherited playbook; you are writing it.
- High visibility and real partnership — you will work directly with China leadership and the global TA team, with your work immediately visible in hiring speed, quality, and data accuracy across the office.
