As the Americas Field Enablement Director, you hold a high-impact role at the intersection of strategy and field execution. Rubrik is growing quickly, and the field needs a leader who can connect global corporate strategy with the realities of selling across the different markets, buying journeys and levels of maturity.

You will own the readiness and productivity of the Americas sales organization. You’ll assist architecting and scaling enablement programs, from onboarding for new hires through to advanced value selling for tenured/ramped sellers. The goal is that every Account Executive can clearly communicate Rubrik’s Zero Trust Data Security and AI-driven resilience story to the organizations, from hospitals to governments to financial institutions, that rely on us to keep operating.

You’ll work directly with the GVP of America and regional sales leaders, with the backing of the Global Enablement team and the autonomy to build and drive what your theater needs. What you build will show up in ramp time, win rates and quota attainment.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Executive Partnership

  • Executive Partnership: Act as the primary strategic partner to the GVP of America, AVPs/RVPs and Regional Directors, tying enablement priorities and KPIs directly to regional revenue targets.
  • Regional Strategy & Roadmap: Build and own the Americas enablement roadmap, aligned to Global Enablement programs and shaped by leadership input, metrics and needs analysis, so investment goes where the biggest gaps are.
  • Gap Analysis: Run regular assessments of the sales team’s skills and performance to identify readiness gaps early, and close them before they show up in the forecast.
  • Front-Line Coaching: Act as a multiplier for sales reps and sales leaders by coaching deal progression and deal reviews.

Program Development & Delivery

  • Program Development & Delivery: Design and deliver enablement in region for both ramping and ramped sellers, from foundational onboarding to advanced value selling.
  • Onboarding: Reinforce and extend the global onboarding journey in Americas, track ramp progress and validate capstones, so new hires reach productivity faster.
  • Methodology Mastery: Drive adoption of Rubrik’s sales methodology (MEDDPICC, Command of the Message) so pipeline qualification and deal execution are consistent across every region and segment.

Metrics & Operational Excellence

  • Data-Driven Insights: Track, analyze and report on the impact of enablement programs using CRM (Salesforce, Tableau) and sales engagement tools (Clari).
  • KPI Ownership: Measure success through quota attainment, win rates, conversion rates and the adoption of new processes- reporting on the success quarterly.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience: 10+ years in Sales Enablement, a Sales role and/or Sales Leadership within a high-growth SaaS or cybersecurity environment.
  • Leadership: 5 years leading sales teams, with a proven ability to lead through influence rather than authority.
  • Program Design: A track record of building and scaling enablement programs, from onboarding through advanced selling, that measurably improved sales performance.
  • Methodology: Hands-on experience driving adoption of a structured sales methodology such as MEDDPICC or Command of the Message.
  • Market Knowledge: A deep understanding of the Americas sales landscape, regional business practices and the competitive cybersecurity market.
  • Technical Stack: Proficiency with Salesforce and AI-forward CMS/LMS platforms. Experience with AI-assisted coaching tools is a significant advantage.

Who You Are (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Strategic Architect: You don’t just deliver training; you build the systems and frameworks that drive predictable revenue and long-term growth.
  • Exceptional Communicator: You have strong executive presence and can act as the trusted “voice of truth” when presenting to senior leadership.
  • Adaptable & Resilient: You thrive where the product landscape evolves monthly, and you treat continuous learning as part of the job.
