We Are:

RTB House is a global company that provides state-of-the-art marketing technologies for top brands and agencies worldwide. Its proprietary ad-buying engine is the first in the world to be powered entirely by Deep Learning algorithms, enabling advertisers to generate outstanding results and reach their goals at every stage of the funnel.

Here at RTB House, we’re building cutting-edge advertising technology used by some of the world’s most dynamic brands—and the Product Marketing team is at the heart of bringing these solutions to life. Our mission? To shape, launch, and scale products that solve real customer challenges, create measurable business outcomes, and strengthen our competitive edge globally.

As a Product Marketing Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in defining how our product shows up in the market. You’ll transform the product's capabilities into compelling narratives, craft content that empowers our commercial teams, and help orchestrate best practice launches that make an impact from A to Z. This is a high-visibility role with the opportunity to influence product strategy, partner with teams across the organization, and shape the way clients experience RTB House products.

The role

  • At RTB House, Product Marketing connects cutting-edge technology, innovative products and commercial success within the fast-paced, highly dynamic, and exciting ad-tech ecosystem. Our role is to ensure that our solutions address real customer needs, stand out in a rapidly evolving market and deliver measurable business value globally.
  • As a Global Product Marketing Manager, you will own the commercial positioning and success of an assigned portfolio of solutions worldwide. You will shape how we take products to market globally, define their value proposition and pricing, and work closely with international commercial teams to drive adoption and growth.
  • This is a global role that offers flexibility through a mostly remote setup. However, you will be expected to work out of our London office once a week to absorb local dynamics—the UK represents one of our most key markets, and maintaining close proximity to local commercial teams, market trends, and clients is essential to our strategic success.

This is a senior, hands-on role combining strategic thinking with execution. You'll need to see the bigger picture, influence decisions and bring teams together, while being equally comfortable developing a sales narrative, building a business case or getting into the details of a product launch.

What you'll do:

Product Positioning & Market Strategy

  • Own the positioning, value proposition and messaging for your assigned solution portfolio.
  • Translate complex technology into clear, compelling customer benefits and differentiated market propositions.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs and competitor activity to identify opportunities and inform product strategy.

Go-to-Market & Commercialisation

  • Lead go-to-market strategies for new products and features, from early validation through launch and market adoption.
  • Shape commercial packaging, pricing and value propositions to support revenue growth, profitability and product adoption.
  • Work closely with Product and Technology teams to ensure commercial needs are reflected in product development and prioritisation.
  • Monitor product performance and identify opportunities to improve commercial results.

Sales Enablement & Commercial Impact

  • Partner with global Sales and Client Services teams to drive solution adoption and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Develop compelling sales materials, presentations, business cases, case studies and competitive insights.
  • Build evidence of product value through campaign results, performance benchmarks, ROAS, incrementality and other relevant metrics.
  • Help commercial teams translate product capabilities into meaningful customer conversations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Connect Product, Technology, Sales, Account Management and Marketing teams to ensure alignment on commercial priorities.
