Founded in 2012 and now operating in 90+ markets, RTB House has always been private-by-design. It embraces first-party advertising and a relentless approach to innovation. RTB House offers end-to-end Deep Learning-powered AdTech products and solutions to maximize conversion, drive new customer acquisition, create engagement, and fuel long-term demand for a global base of clients.
In 2026, RTB House launched rtb.com, a self-service platform specifically designed to allow small and medium-sized businesses and agencies to deploy auto-built creatives and maximize performance on any budget.
Why RTB House?
At RTB House, we focus on continuous education and professional development. Therefore, before you take over your first campaign, we guarantee you a comprehensive onboarding, along with an individual mentor who will guide you through the key issues and challenges related to the TAM role - so that you can feel confident in your new job. In addition, you can always count on the help of your Team Leader, as well as regular training (conducted by our subject-matter experts), access to an e-learning platform, and support with funding for external courses you might be interested in.
You Will:
- Lead the daily operations of the Japan TAM team, allocating accounts and technical tasks, managing priorities and coverage, and ensuring timely delivery and consistent quality.
- Coach and develop TAMs through regular one-on-one meetings, actionable feedback, technical guidance, knowledge sharing, and individual development discussions.
- Monitor the quality and results of team members’ work, identify performance or capability gaps, and report progress, risks, and recommendations to the responsible managers.
- Provide technical advice and escalation support for complex campaign integrations, tracking and attribution discrepancies, campaign settings, and optimization issues, coordinating with other teams as needed.
- Ensure adherence to TAM operational best practices through regular reviews of the Monitoring and Integration panels, documentation quality, campaign setup, and timely issue follow-up.
- Oversee alignment between campaign optimization and agreed client goals.
- Partner with Sales and Account Management to clarify technical requirements, align expectations and priorities, resolve cross-functional issues constructively, and support important client discussions.
- Coordinate with HQ technical, product, and management teams on technical changes, training, escalation, and the implementation of company-wide standards.
- Improve team processes, documentation, tools, and ways of working to strengthen operational efficiency, technical quality, and knowledge transfer.
- Support recruitment interviews, onboarding, training plans, and career development; make staffing and personnel recommendations in collaboration with the responsible managers.
Desired Experience:
- Experience in technical account management, solutions engineering, or a comparable technical role in programmatic advertising, AdTech, or performance marketing.
- Demonstrated motivation and ability to lead, coach, and develop people; prior formal people-management experience is an advantage, not an absolute requirement.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, including experience with complex integrations, attribution discrepancies, and campaign optimization.
- Solid knowledge of tracking and web technologies, including URLs and parameters, HTML, JavaScript, browser developer tools, Google Tag Manager, and web analytics.
- Familiarity with product feeds (e.g., XML/CSV), APIs, and regular expressions, and an ability to guide technical investigations.
- Excellent prioritization, organization, communication, and conflict-resolution skills, including collaboration with non-technical stakeholders.
