About Rocket Travel by Agoda
Rocket Travel by Agoda is the B2B arm of Booking Holdings (NASDAQ: BKNG), the world's leading provider of online travel and the parent of Booking.com, Priceline, Agoda, KAYAK and OpenTable. We power the travel experiences behind some of the world's biggest airlines, banks and loyalty programs. We were founded in 2012 under our flagship consumer facing product, rocketmiles.com. Since then, we have evolved to partner with some of the largest consumer travel brands in the world creating white-label solutions that allow customers to earn and redeem miles and points for booking hotels, rental cars, flights and activities. Our global partnerships range from world-class airlines to international banks to large-scale shopping platforms. We help our partners develop successful go-to-market strategies through marketing expertise and data to support their overall growth.
We attract customers from every corner of the globe with a seamless user experience that's built in-house from ideation to finished product: our team includes front- and back-end developers, customer service, data analysts, designers, marketers, accountants, partnership sales, and managers.
Rocket Travel by Agoda is dedicated to creating a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace where everyone has the opportunity to reach new heights in their career, and expand their knowledge working alongside talented, dedicated colleagues. We encourage all applicants with a touch of wanderlust to apply to our team, as we work toward helping our travelers reach the vacation of their dreams.
About The Team
In Product, ideas come alive. The world is moving fast so our culture empowers ownership and minimal bureaucracy. That's the environment that enables you to do what you think is right – and quickly. Our Product Managers move fast, fail, learn, and pivot.
Being a product-centric organization, our team works cross-functionally to build products from conception to launch by bringing together engineering and business worlds. Rocket Travel's Product Managers work closely with executive leadership and have high visibility among partners; they have direct impact on growth and strategy.
AI is changing how product teams work, and we intend to lead that change, not react to it. We're building a new Product Systems team that works across every Product team, and we're rebuilding how we work around systems, not heroics.
The Opportunity
Most product teams spend their days working the line: chasing status, answering the same questions, rebuilding the same analyses and firefighting. We want to build the factory instead.
As Senior Product Manager, Product Systems, your product is how our product organization works. You'll design and build the systems, data and AI workflows behind our core loops: from idea to business case, spec to test, release to health check, and question to decision. That way the whole org ships more, ships predictably, and makes good decisions faster. You'll start by changing how product management works at Rocket, then extend what works to the broader tech org, and design the scaffold that will drive transformation across the rest of the company.
This is a builder's role. You'll write the occasional spec, but mostly you'll build: agents and tools that PMs, analysts and other non-engineering teams rely on every day.
What You'll Do
Streamline the core loops
Map the recurring loops the product org runs on, such as delivery status, impact readouts, funnel health, partner approvals, and roadmap intake. Find where time, quality and clarity leak out.
Decide which loops to systematize first, using clear success measures (for example, cycle time, share of work running without manual effort, and override rates).
Bring clarity to messy problems. Define the problem sharply, then co-architect the solution with AI.
Build and prototype
Design end-to-end systems that connect sources of truth to the people and agents that use them. That includes systems of record, the APIs and agent interfaces on top of them, and the workflows that run across them.
