Our people are united by a shared way of working: follow the science, challenge assumptions, act with urgency and hold ourselves to a high standard of rigor—all in service of patients.

The Opportunity

The Associate Director, Compliance Training will own the design, development, delivery and continuous improvement of the compliance training program supporting Revolution Medicines’ US commercial operations (sales, marketing, market access, medical affairs, patient services and commercial operations).

Reporting to the Sr. Director, Compliance Training, this senior individual contributor will translate legal, regulatory and policy requirements (FDA, federal Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims Act, OIG guidance, PhRMA Code, Sunshine Act/Open Payments, state laws) into engaging, risk-based learning; serve as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders; and lead through influence without direct reports.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the end-to-end US commercial compliance training program, including annual training plan, curriculum roadmap and calendar aligned with the Compliance program’s risk assessment and priorities.

Design and develop risk-based curricula and content (eLearning, live/virtual instructor-led, microlearning, case studies, job aids, certifications) on topics such as HCP interactions, promotional and off-label communications, speaker programs, meals and HCP engagements, grants and sponsorships, patient support programs, anti-kickback, Open Payments/transparency reporting, privacy and interactions with patient advocacy organizations.

Apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies (g., ADDIE, SAM) to create engaging, role-specific training for field sales, market access, medical, marketing and home-office audiences.

Lead onboarding compliance training for new commercial hires and launch-readiness training for new product launches, indications and field force expansions.

Deliver live training at national and regional sales meetings, POA meetings and cross-functional forums; train-the-trainer support for commercial training partners.

Translate new or updated policies, SOPs, regulations, industry guidance and enforcement trends (e.g., OIG Special Fraud Alerts, OIG General Compliance Program Guidance, DOJ Evaluation of Corporate Compliance Programs, CIA-derived practices) into timely training and communications.

Serve as business owner/administrator for compliance content within the Learning Management System (e.g., Veeva, Workday Learning, Cornerstone, SuccessFactors): curriculum assignments, audience mapping, due dates, escalations, completion tracking and reporting; partner with L&D/HRIS on system enhancements.

Establish and report training metrics and KPIs (completion rates, assessment results, effectiveness measures, knowledge checks) to Compliance leadership and the Compliance Committee; maintain audit-ready training records and documentation.

Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Commercial Training/L&D, Sales Leadership, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, HR and Compliance Monitoring/Auditing to align training with business needs and integrate monitoring and investigation insights into targeted remediation training.

Manage external vendors and instructional design/eLearning agencies, including scoping, SOWs, budget tracking, timelines and quality review; coordinate content through legal/regulatory/compliance review.
