You will own the end-to-end search program, spanning technical SEO, content optimization, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), with accountability for driving organic visibility, pipeline, and revenue. Partnering with cross-functional teams and executive leadership, you will establish strategic priorities, lead high-impact initiatives, and continuously optimize performance across traditional and AI-driven search platforms.

Define and own the organic search strategy and roadmap across all Redwood websites, establishing priorities, performance targets, and quarterly OKRs aligned with pipeline and revenue goals.

Lead high-impact SEO and GEO initiatives from strategy through execution, including site migrations, ranking recovery, technical remediation, and AI-driven search optimization programs.

Partner with web development, UX, and demand generation teams to optimize organic conversion performance, improve user journeys, and increase demo conversions and pipeline contribution.

Lead technical SEO audits across the website portfolio, identify opportunities, develop business cases for improvements, and collaborate with development teams to prioritize and resolve issues.

Establish and maintain on-page SEO and content optimization standards, including metadata, internal linking, heading structures, and content formatting, while guiding cross-functional teams on implementation.

Develop keyword and competitive search strategies, identifying market opportunities, competitive gaps, and areas for investment to improve organic visibility and performance.

Own SEO and GEO performance measurement and executive reporting, tracking rankings, organic sessions, demos, Share of Voice, Mention Rate, Citation Rate, pipeline, and revenue while providing actionable recommendations.

Develop and implement methodologies for structuring keywords, topics, and question-based content for AI-driven search engines, including testing frameworks for prompts and content formats.

Evaluate SEO and GEO platforms, tools, and vendors, recommending solutions that improve program effectiveness, efficiency, and return on investment.

Serve as Redwood's search subject-matter expert, partnering with content, product marketing, demand generation, and web teams to align priorities, influence decisions, and drive execution.

Mentor and upskill SEO/GEO specialists and cross-functional partners through working sessions, optimization reviews, documentation, playbooks, and guidance on effective generative AI adoption.

Monitor search engine algorithm updates, emerging AI-search trends, and industry best practices, translating insights into actionable improvements to Redwood's search strategy and standards.
