A Day in the Life
The Director, Brand Marketing for NOS Energy and Full Throttle Energy will be the strategic engine behind two of the most distinctive brands in the Monster Beverage portfolio. Reporting to the Brand GM, this leader will help shape brand strategy, assist in annual brand planning, and drive consumer marketing that builds equity and accelerates growth. NOS Energy is built on speed, horsepower, and the authenticity of motorsports and car culture, from the asphalt track to the dirt track to the tuner, import, and build communities that live for performance. Full Throttle Energy is the hard-working brand of Americana, built for the blue-collar consumer who gets up early, works hard, and takes pride in the job; it wins as a trade-focused brand where value, availability, and presence at the point of purchase matter most. This role requires a brand builder who can hold both identities with conviction: keeping NOS credible and culturally relevant inside the enthusiast community, and keeping Full Throttle grounded, accessible, and built to win with retail and trade partners. The ideal candidate translates consumer insight into clear positioning, turns strategy into integrated plans, and leads a high-performing team that executes with speed and discipline across media, innovation, and in-market activation.
