About Monster Energy

Forget about blending in. That's not our style. We're the risk-takers, the trailblazers, the game-changers. We're not perfect, and we don't pretend to be. We're raw, unfiltered, and a bit unconventional. But our drive is unrivaled, just like our athletes. The power is in your hands to define what success looks like and where you want to take your career. It's not just about what we do, but about who we become along the way. We are much more than a brand here. We are a way of life, a mindset. Join us.

A day in the life

Step into the exciting role of Global Licensing Coordinator (Temp-to-Hire) and become a key contributor to Monster Energy's global licensing and intellectual property programs. This role supports trademark license agreements, logo releases, product approval processes, merchandise royalty tracking, and related intellectual property documentation for Monster Energy and its affiliated brands.

You'll be responsible for coordinating licensed product submissions through all stages of development, both domestically and internationally, while maintaining accurate records and agreements through Conga. You'll also help manage and organize licensed product samples, co-branded merchandise, and storage areas to ensure inventory and documentation remain current and accessible.

Working closely with Legal, Brand Protection, Premiums & Apparel, licensees, vendors, and internal stakeholders, you'll play an important role in ensuring licensed products and trademark usage comply with established standards and agreements. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing multiple priorities.

The impact you'll make

  • Support management in the administration of Monster Energy's global licensing programs and trademark-related initiatives.
  • Coordinate and maintain trademark license agreements, logo releases, intellectual property documentation, and related records for Monster Energy and its affiliates.
  • Manage licensed product samples and merchandise inventory, ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and organization of storage rooms, lockers, and sample archives.
  • Track merchandise royalties and royalty payments through the full lifecycle, maintaining accurate records and reporting.
  • Maintain and update agreements, approvals, and supporting documentation within Conga and related systems.
  • Support new vendor account setup, existing account maintenance, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), and vendor vetting processes.
  • Assist in extracting and validating contract information from Conga/Apttus to ensure records are current, accurate, and complete.
  • Support the team in the completion, maintenance, and tracking of product approval forms and licensed product submissions.
  • Partner with the Premiums & Apparel team to ensure appropriate approvals, agreements, and documentation are in place for projects involving Monster Energy trademarks and third-party intellectual property.
  • Follow established guidelines for each property, confirm licensed packaging is developed accurately, and review submissions with management.
  • Assist with brand protection efforts, including monitoring counterfeit goods, marketplace enforcement activities, and intellectual property compliance initiatives.
  • Communicate effectively with licensees, vendors, Legal, Brand Protection, and internal departments to facilitate project execution and resolve issues.
  • Support special projects and administrative activities as assigned.

Who you are

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Legal Studies, Communications, or a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in administrative support, licensing, legal operations, intellectual property administration, merchandising, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining accurate records, agreements, and documentation.
