The Role
We are looking for an experienced Measurement Lead to help shape and grow our measurement capability across APAC, connecting media effectiveness, marketing analytics and measurement technology to deliver better outcomes for our clients.
This is a senior, hands-on role at the intersection of media, data and technology. You'll lead the development and delivery of measurement strategies that help clients understand marketing performance, evaluate effectiveness and make more informed media and investment decisions.
You'll bring strong technical expertise across digital analytics, measurement implementation and platform architecture, alongside an understanding of marketing effectiveness methodologies including attribution, incrementality experiments and Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM).
Beyond client delivery, you'll help develop our measurement proposition, support commercial growth and explore how AI and automation can transform measurement.
What You'll Do
Measurement Strategy & Experimentation
- Build measurement roadmaps and integrated frameworks (attribution, incrementality, MMM) that link business goals, media investment and KPIs to decisions, tailored to each client.
- Assess measurement maturity and gaps, and recommend practical improvement plans.
- Design experimentation programmes (geo-tests, conversion and brand lift, holdouts), defining hypotheses and success criteria with media and analytics teams.
- Turn insights and test results into repeatable recommendations for planning, budget and optimisation.
Technical Delivery & AI Innovation
- Implement and optimise measurement across media platforms, GA4, GTM, server-side tagging, Google Cloud and conversion APIs, including tracking, first-party data and privacy-led setups.
- Apply platform expertise (Google Ads, DV360, CM360, SA360, Meta, TikTok) and SQL to solve measurement challenges, validate data and set scalable standards.
- Develop AI-enabled workflows, agents and automation to speed up and scale measurement, partnering with product and engineering while maintaining data governance and human oversight.
Client Leadership & Practice Growth
- Act as senior measurement advisor, leading client engagements from discovery to strategic recommendations.
- Lead measurement propositions in pitches (including Media AOR), scope projects, write proposals and build technology partnerships.
- Help define Monks’ APAC measurement offering, creating reusable frameworks, playbooks and standards that scale across clients and markets.
- Build team capability through training and coaching across media, data, creative and technology.
What You'll Bring
- 4+ years of relevant experience across digital analytics, measurement implementation, marketing technology or media effectiveness.
